Thierry Fautier is the CEO of You Media Transformation, a consulting firm supporting media and tech executives in expanding their businesses and optimizing operational efficiency. With over 25 years of experience, including generating $400 million in revenue at Harmonic, he brings deep expertise in streaming, next-generation codecs, and AI-powered remastering. As the founder of the Ultra HD Forum, he has contributed to numerous award-winning initiatives, including a 2020 Emmy® Technology & Engineering Award, and was named one of the “25 People to Watch” by TVB Europe. An active presence on LinkedIn, he regularly shares his insights and has amassed 1 million views over the past year, further strengthening his influence in the media and entertainment industry.

Olivier Abecassis
Olivier Abecassis participated in the launch of the French satellite broadcaster TPS before joining TF1 to lead its digital transformation. He oversaw the launch of the MYTF1 catch-up video platform and became CEO of e-TF1 in 2010, managing the acquisition of Overblog and its merger with Teads. In 2016, he was appointed Vice President of Innovation and Digital at TF1, directing the group’s digital strategy. He played a key role in the acquisition of aufeminin in 2018 and served as CEO of Unify until 2022. After leaving TF1, he worked on M&A operations and transformation programs. Since 2023, he has been CEO of Qwant, a privacy-focused search engine, as well as Shadow, a cloud gaming company.

Laurent Lafarge
Laurent Lafarge is an experienced CEO with a strong background in IT, telecommunications, and software. He held key leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard and Lucent Technologies, managing major accounts and operations in Europe and North Africa. As CEO of eServGlobal, he developed telecom software solutions, and later served as Senior Vice President at Monaco Telecom. Laurent was also CEO of Anevia, an OTT and IPTV solutions provider, which he sold to Ateme in 2020. He co-founded Niji SA and served as a director until 2023. He is currently CEO of LLA Conseil, specializing in strategy and M&A. Laurent holds strategic roles with Amiral Technologies and Gobelins Paris, and is active in several business organizations.
