    Thierry Fautier is the Managing Director of “You Media Transformation,” a consulting firm that assists Media & Entertainment tech executives in entering new markets and improving efficiency. With over 25 years of experience, including generating $400M in revenue at Harmonic and authoring over 30 conference papers, he offers a unique blend of market and technology expertise. His firm tackles challenges such as streaming optimization, Next Gen Codec, and AI-based remastering.

    Fautier founded the Ultra HD Forum and led initiatives at Harmonic in IPTV, OTT, and UHD. He contributed to the team awarded a 2020 Technology and Engineering Emmy®️ for AI video compression and was named one of TVB Europe's top 25 people to watch in 2021. Additionally, he is an active LinkedIn blogger with 1M views in the past year.

    Former CDO of TF1 and CEO of Qwant & Shadow

    Olivier Abecassis, born in 1973 and a graduate of the French National Institute of Telecommunications, helped launch the French satellite broadcaster TPS and joined TF1 to lead its digitization efforts. He oversaw the launch of the MYTF1 catch-up video site and became CEO of e-TF1 in 2010, managing the acquisition of Overblog and its merger with Teads.

    In 2016, he became Vice President of Innovation and Digital at TF1, driving its digital strategy. He played a key role in the acquisition of aufeminin in 2018 and led Unify as CEO until 2022. After leaving TF1, he worked on M&A deals and transformation programs.Since 2023, he has served as CEO of Qwant, a privacy-focused search engine, and Shadow, a cloud gaming company.

    Laurent Lafarge is an experienced CEO with a strong background in IT, telecommunications, and software. He held key leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard and Lucent Technologies, managing major accounts and operations in Europe and North Africa. As CEO of eServGlobal, he developed telecom software solutions, and later served as Senior Vice President at Monaco Telecom. Laurent was also CEO of Anevia, an OTT and IPTV solutions provider, which he sold to Ateme in 2020.

    He co-founded Niji SA and served as a director until 2023. He is currently CEO of LLA Conseil, specializing in strategy and M&A. Laurent holds strategic roles with Amiral Technologies and Gobelins Paris, and is active in several business organizations.
