• Pawel Oleksinski joins Hexaglobe Group as Presales Manager for the newly established CEE office

[Paris, February 11th, 2025] – Hexaglobe Group, a leading provider of cutting-edge technology solutions in the Media and Entertainment industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Pawel Oleksinski as Presales Manager for its newly established Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) office. In this role, Pawel will oversee presale activities and work alongside the CEE team to develop the group’s presence in this dynamic region, with a particular focus on expanding the SGT brand (MAM & Playout Automation solutions).

With more than three decades of experience in TV technologies, broadcast automation, and solution design, Pawel brings deep industry expertise and a strong pro-customer approach to his new role. His knowledge and dedication to client success will be instrumental in strengthening SGT’s position in the CEE market.

  • About Pawel Oleksinski

    Pawel’s journey through the broadcast world started at the beginning of the nineties - quite a long road from SD analog PAL to UHD on ST2110. Along this road he experienced all aspects of this job: systems design, installations and commissioning, pre-sales, sales and customer training. This gives Pawel a unique experience and a good understanding of customers’ needs. His customer-oriented approach helped to build strong relationships and mutual trust.

    While he began his career in the Middle East focusing mostly on production equipment and T&M equipment, his 20+ years of collaboration with brands like Aveco, Harmonic, Grass Valley, and Evertz allowed him to contribute to design, installation, and maintenance of some of the most sophisticated MCR playout systems. His work has supported not just major Polish broadcasters such as Polsat, Canal+, and TVP, but also other high-profile customers and projects around the world.

    Besides photography, Pawel is an avid fan of rock and blues music. Quoting one of his favourite guitar players – Chris Rea, Pawel says: I have come so far, yet still so far to go – I am thrilled to take this road with the SGT CEE Team.
